Had been skipping Leg Day for 2 weeks, coz of the pain, strain and well you know cause its the hardest part of the body to sculpt.......and I am nowhere near it.
I just didn't want to be this guy:

So I decided that I needed to change my weekly routine and do legs today.
This is what I did:
Weighted Lunges:
3 sets of 10 reps each
Squats:
40 Kg - 11 reps
50 Kg - 8 reps
50 Kg - 8 reps
60 Kg - 6 reps
75 Kg - 5 reps
Barbell Calf Raises:
I had 20 Kg on my shoulders and I did 20 reps
Leg Press:
40 Kg - 11 Reps
55 Kg - 10 Reps
75 Kg - 8 Reps
Leg Extensions:
I dont know the weights on the slabs coz its not written on it so I increased 2 slabs with each set and did
2 sets of 10 Reps each.
I dont think this is the right way to do it, feel the pain though.
Any suggestions or comments please feel free to let me know. I know many of you must be working out and may know the right way to go about it.
